How do I get tickets?
Tickets for each event vary. Often, we list a source for tickets within the post for a specific event. Check there first. Next, you can try ticketweb.com or gbh.tv for more information.

What time does the band ACTUALLY go on?
Performance times differ with each event. We NEVER know what time the artist is actually going to take the stage. Usually, this information can fluctuate up until hours before the actual event.

Is there an opening band?
We NEVER have specific information as to whether or not there will be an opening act. This is determined by promoters and management is out of our hands. As always, each event is different. Your safest bet is to show up at the time listed for the event. Sometimes acts begin right on time, with no opener, other times, they go on very late with multiple openers.

What are your usual nights? What’s happening in (fill-in-the-blank) tonight?
One of the unique aspects of our spaces are that, although we have regular promoters, we offer a diverse and constantly changing line-up of events. All events of note will be posted here and more can be seen by visiting www.gbh.tv. Most sundays, Hiro hosts The Cuckoo Club hosted by Erich Conrad, creator of Beige.

What’s the dress code?
Eclectic. Our spaces attract a diverse crowd from all over the world.

Is there a cover?
$10 on most evenings, although this depends on the night and promoter. This is also not including special events and concerts.

If an event is sold out online, will there be tickets at the door?
We cannot guarantee that any tickets will be available at the door the day of the event. Sometimes this is the case, others it is not. It depends entirely on the event.

What are the hours of (fill-in-the-blank)?
Our hours are seasonal and change based on weather. La Bottega is open 24/7 year round, Matsuri is open for dinner from 6pm-12pm on weekdays and 6pm-1am on weekends. The Cabanas are entirely seasonal, but when operating, usually open until 3am. Hiro is also very seasonal, but when operating, usually open until 4am.

Does (fill-in-the-blank) serve food?
Hiro and The Cabanas do not serve food. La Bottega and Matsuri serve a wonderful selection of Italian and Japanese food.

I bought a ticket online, but I can’t make it, can I give it to my friend?
If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, they must have a photo copy of your ID and a letter stating that you have given them ownership of your ticket. If they have these with them, along with the tickets when they arrive at the door, they will be fine.

Do you provide guestlists?
No.

La Bottega, Matsuri: All Ages

Is the event seated or standing?
It differs depending on the event, promoter or venue.

Do you provide bottle service? How do I reserve bottle service?
We do provide bottle service, please speak to the bottle person at the door on the night of the event. We don’t take bottle service reservations in advance!
